@ssclown of the week

I really hate to give this guy traffic, but he is just so goofy and misinformed that I couldn't resist.

I wish this was the worst example of the joo haters (yes, some of them are even joos) who simply want those pesky Israeli colonists to just sit still and let the poor Palestinians express their legitimate outrage with their crude rockets.

Sadly for every ridiculous @ssclown like this there are 1000 much more sophisticated joo haters who know just enough history and current events to fabricate some really believable lies.

My eyes are hurting.
Thanks for that.

Oy. That cretinous boob made me throw up in my mouth a little. I am all for freedom of speech, but there should be a law in this country about disseminating outright BS and monstrous untruths.

Posted by: Erica | Jan 4, 2009 7:55:23 PM

I think people who defend Hamas and the Palestinians so vehemently should be forced to live with them for at least a year.

Posted by: Alice | Jan 4, 2009 8:54:46 PM

Sheesh, and he isn't even articulate.

My favorite bit was the [paraphrased] "militants that can barely put together rockets [and] which are powerless..."

Powerless? Can barely put together rockets? Where is this guy getting his news from, anyway?

Posted by: Lena | Jan 4, 2009 9:20:59 PM

The guy is a Zero, just like the plane over his left shoulder.

Posted by: Sam | Jan 4, 2009 9:40:13 PM

Actually, I think this guy might work for the BBC or Sky or something, maybe CNN. Maybe he's called Krishnan Omanpour or something like that, to complement the objective reporting activity of his 'sister' Amanpour?

Sounds like a joke, but people like this really believe the rubbish they spout and they have to be getting it from somewhere.
Not one for propaganda, but Israel needs to think about how this is being fed to the rest of the world as I've already heard once today that "The Israelis did not necessarily lose against Hizbollah in 2006, but they certainly didn't win, and Israel isn't the sort of country that can afford to be seen not to win twice."

What a Doosh-Bag. Another sad example of the Modern American Intelligentsia...

Posted by: Elisson | Jan 5, 2009 1:22:20 AM

I am going to have to ask you to make this go away so that everytime I check your site I don't see that dude's big mug being squeezed by that hat and those tiny spectacles. Pleeaazzzz.

Posted by: Alice | Jan 5, 2009 3:46:34 AM

Why are you so focussed on what the rest of the world thinks of us? There will always be people who hate Jews - and you cannot argue with them rationally. The important thing is what we do, right here in Israel. Don't give yourself an ulcer - these guys are not worth it.

He is the other brother of Bob and Doug Mackenzie. You know, the one that was institutionalized.

Posted by: Jack | Jan 5, 2009 8:42:05 AM

My ears are hurting. I couldn't even listen to the whole thing. That's just ridiculous. If that guy thinks bombing isn't the answer, then maybe he should go live in southern Israel and then we'll see if the tune changes. Sheesh.

Posted by: Amanda | Jan 5, 2009 2:24:46 PM

I can't see the video for some reason. Is there a link I can follow?

Posted by: Jonah | Jan 5, 2009 2:36:39 PM

Whatever his views, this gentleman filters his information through a warped cognitive system. No personal criticism intended, he is probably a high functioning Aspergers. He is bright, but rigid as hell, and, of course, has never been to Israel. Probably, he never thinks that any of his thoughts are wrong. Poor fellow, but you can hear the underlying attempt at trying to be humane. Frankly, his unsavory appearance makes his views wreak even more. Others who state the same opinions come at it with pure hate. It is the suave, charismatic person who is more dangerous, since he smells of lavender. Look at Haneyah, the political head of Hizb'Allah.

that reminds me- gotta give bob smith a call

Posted by: roberti | Jan 5, 2009 6:04:56 PM

OK, I saw the video. Yes, that guy is a major @ssclown.

Posted by: Jonah | Jan 5, 2009 8:13:50 PM

That was hard to watch, but the guy has every right to be a douche if that is what he desires. He certainly does not make an appealing advocate for his point of view. I would laugh at his argument that the people in Gaza can barely put together a rocket if it didn't also fill me with rage.

Posted by: David Bailey | Jan 5, 2009 9:39:36 PM

I wouldn't give this guy the time of day, much less help direct traffic by posting this link. He may look goofy, but there are plenty of folks out there who believe that nonsense. Tirades like that make my stomach hurt and my blood boil.

Posted by: Rivka with a capital A | Jan 6, 2009 12:29:51 AM

I don't understand.
ANYONE can post a video on Utube. ANYONE. How are you even discussing some guy who held a video camera in front of his face, made some anti-Israel statements, and then put it on Utube? 10 years ago he would have done it with soap-on-a-rope in his bathroom, in the shower. Now, if he could have made a video with his dog making anti-Israel statements, that I would like to watch!
Move on, dude. Move on.

Posted by: Larry | Jan 6, 2009 12:50:40 AM

Well he does say one thing that is true, there are plenty of "Christian Zionists" at least here in America. Truth be told and not to be mean but they are generally among the less affluent and less educated and often have a world view dominated by Biblical (Old and New Testament) "prophesy" rather than actual history or current realities on the ground. However these handicaps aside they do have great influence in the Republican party, and also through NGOs in Israel. I've wondered on occasion, what do those in Israel who partner with such people really think of them considering they want Jews to move to Israel so Jesus Christ can return and in the resultant mayhem the Jews will then be killed and/or converted? I gotta believe when B. Netanyahu gives speeches before these folks he is really thinking "what a bunch of wackos".

Posted by: Righteous Gentile | Jan 6, 2009 2:22:22 PM

re: Righteous Gentile. That's a pretty broad brush you're swinging. How big of an actual number is the word "plenty"? I have no doubt that people like you describe exist, but not in numbers that matter. I think a much greater percentage of Christians simply feel that Israel has every right to exist and thrive. Not out of any weird end of the world scenario, but simply common respect for life.

Posted by: David Bailey | Jan 6, 2009 5:47:36 PM

Why not post videos stating the truth on YouTube?

Posted by: tnspr569 | Jan 6, 2009 6:48:49 PM

As opposed to the...trash, is it, in this clip you found.

Posted by: tnspr569 | Jan 6, 2009 6:49:34 PM

In Goalkeeper we trust.

Posted by: Mongrel | Jan 6, 2009 9:16:25 PM

I don't know who "roberti" is but I am lol!

Posted by: Marsha in Englewood | Jan 6, 2009 10:59:49 PM

You know I am of Jewish heritage. I have a new vid up condemning Antisemitism. Check it out! I am still anti-Zionist, of course! Shalom kyver!
